Return & Refund Policy

We offer a hassle free 10 day return policy on our returnable** products. If you do not like a product or it does not fit well, then we will issue you store credit in form of a Gift Card that can be used to purchase anything you like. Please follow the these steps to initiate a return:

  •  CUSTOM PRODUCT ORDERS CAN'T BE CANCELLED OR RETURNED
 Each custom product is made specifically to your specifications and as a result, your orders can't be modified, cancelled or returned.
  1. You can simply login to your pinkcowfashions account and schedule a reverse pick up yourself, alternately you can email us at info@pinkcowfashions.com or call us at 9969074272 with 10 days of receiving the product. Please mention your order number and the product you want to return.
  2. Once we receive your request, we will initiate the pickup from the shipping address mentioned in your original order.
  3. We do not offer reverse pickup service for International orders where the address is outside of India. The customer will have the bear the cost of shipping the goods to us. In case you want to return or exchange a product, please send it to the following address:

  4. Please hand over the product to our logistics partner when they come to your doorstep. Please note the product must be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons. Also the product tags should be intact with its original packing, else we will not be able to process your return. Reverse Pickup usually takes 1-3 days from the day the request is initiated.
  5. After we receive the return, the product will go through a quality check. Please note that it takes 7-10 days for us to receive the returned product.
  6. Finally, after the product passes the quality check, we will issue you a store credit in form of a Gift Card that will be emailed to your original order email address. The Gift Card will have no expiry and can be used to purchase anything from our store.

**Pre-Orders, Socks, Stockings & Accessories can not be returned or exchanged. Used, washed, damaged or laundered products can not be returned/exchanged. Products tags and original packing must be intact to avail return/exchange.

Good To Know:

  • We offer reverse pick up for majority of pincodes in India. But if reverse pick up is not available for your pincode, then we would request you to send the product back to us at the following address and we will add an extra Rs. 75 to your Gift Card.

  • We can only offer exchanges based on availability of size upon receiving the return product and not before that.
  • Please allow up to 3 working days to get your Gift Card Credit after we have received the return product.
  • Images on the website are professionally clicked due to which sometimes the colour of actual product may vary from the image taken.
  • Shipping charges are not refundable
  • In case a product is missing from your shipment or a product is damaged in transit, please call or email us within 48 hours of the receipt of the shipment for us to investigate further

  • For all orders delivered within India, a restocking fee will be charged on every item returned.
    INR 199 per item if it is picked up by Pinkcow
    INR 99 per item if it is sent by you

Cancel the order?

An order can be canceled until the order is dispatched, applicable only to non-pre-order products. Orders with pre-order products can be canceled only within 24 hours of placing the order. In case you reject a COD order, we will not be able to offer you COD service for any subsequent order.
